How to book

There are three ways to book a tour.

  1. Click the Book now button on any listed tour, fill in the form and pay the deposit online.
  2. Download a booking form below, fill it out and email, post or fax it back to us.
  3. Call us. We’ll take your payment over the phone, which will secure your place, and you can send your form in separately.

Before you book, please read the booking conditions, particularly the cancellation terms.

Customers in the UK and Europe

Browse our tours and complete our online booking form or follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. To book a place on one of our tours, please download a booking form or contact Jon Baines Tours and request a booking form to be sent to you.

  2. Once you have downloaded and printed out the booking form or received your hard copy in the post, fill in the form, making sure that you specify which tour you are booking on at the top of the form.
  3. Complete and sign the booking form and return it with a non-refundable deposit of £350.00 (pounds sterling) per traveller per tour or £450 per traveller per tour for a cruise. You may return your booking form to the UK by fax to: + 44 (0)20 7228 7290.

  4. Upon receipt of the booking form and deposit we will send you a confirmation invoice detailing the payment dates. Please make sure you that carefully read our booking Terms and Conditions.

  2. Once you have downloaded and printed out the booking form or received your hard copy in the post, fill in the form, making sure that you specify which tour you are booking on at the top of the form.
  3. Complete and sign the booking form and return it with a non-refundable deposit of $550.00 (Australian dollars) per traveller per tour or $800.00 per traveller per tour for a cruise. (Please contact us for a cruise booking form). You may post or scan and email it to:

  3. Complete and sign the booking form and return it with a non-refundable deposit of $550.00 (US dollars) per traveller per tour or $700.00 per traveller per tour for a cruise. You may return your booking form by fax to: 18777 398 764.
