All bookings are processed through our London office. How to book:

1. To book a place on one of our tours, please download a booking form or contact Jon Baines Tours and request a booking form to be sent to you. You can download it here or by using the link in the panel on the right.

2. Once you have downloaded and printed out the booking form or received your hard copy in the post, fill in the form, making sure that you specify which tour you are booking on at the top of the form.

3. Complete and sign the booking form and return it with a non-refundable deposit of £350.00 (pounds sterling) per tour or £450 for a cruise. You may return your booking form to the UK by fax to: + 44 (0)20 7228 7290.

4. Upon receipt of the booking form and deposit we will send you a confirmation invoice detailing the payment dates. To confirm a place on one of our tours we require a non-refundable deposit of £350.00 (pounds sterling). Please make sure you that carefully read our booking Terms & Conditions.

How to pay:

Payment can be made by cheque, please make cheques payable to Jon Baines Tours Limited, or by BACS bank transfer. Please contact Jon Baines Tours for BACS details. Please quote your name as a reference.

Payment can also be made by credit card or debit card. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note if paying by credit card while there is no charge for deposits, a 3.5% charge will be applied for the outstanding amount of the tour.

Please note we only accept payment in pounds sterling or US dollars. If paying via US dollars please contact us and we will send you bank details.
