About the tour
Beautiful Bulgaria has a traditional rural heart containing medieval cities and exquisitely preserved towns, magnificent rose harvests and the best preserved Thracian tombs in Europe. Meet the people and experience a way of life
that has become living history. Bulgaria is a window onto a traditional rural Europe that has all but vanished. It has recently been discovered by British and other visitors, who are drawn to its peaceful, slow way of life amidst spectacular and still unspoilt landscapes, its culture, music and history, and of course its wonderful food and excellent wine.
This tour is led by Su Hagan. More about Su.
