About the tour
Chile is a land of extraordinary beauty and contrast. This dental tour with Ashok Sethi shows you the best of this country, from the chic capital of Santiago with its snow capped backdrop and excellent vineyards; to the lovely adobe town of San Pedro in the Atacama desert, the driest in the world; down to beautiful Puerto Varas in the lake district, where vivid blue lakes throw back the reflections of smoking volcanoes and snowcapped mountains; to end in the breathtaking land of glaciers, Torres del Paine. Along the way, specialist dental visits and lectures give insight into dentistry in Chile, while you enjoy fine food, excellent accomodation and of course Chile's top quality wines.
This tour has a four night extension to Rapa Nui, or Easter Island, situated deep in the Pacific Ocean well over a thousand miles from the nearest inhabited land. The island is shrouded in myth and legend, made more intriguing by the colossal Moai statues that are scattered across the island. Explore the most fascinating locations on the island with ample time for relaxation and leisure.
